PITA PIZZA Potatoes with monkfish in green sauce STUFFED ZUCCHINI


A dish that had wanted to do and I really liked the truth, then repeated with hake, but I much prefer to rape, logically I prefer the light version but at least This will not do any disgusting lol.

200 Gr of potatoes per person (2.5 points)
6 slices of monkfish (3 to satiety)
oil 1 cd (2.5)
garlic 1 cup white wine Water
Sal
fish broth. Parsley

Cut garlic very finely and very Pochan a little oil, when it caught color add the potatoes cut into slices for a couple of minutes and add the glass of white wine (it is so fort if you do not miss you so strong like wine, I like well) the fish broth, salt, parsley and water to cover potatoes (if you prefer instead of water and broth of fish stock you can take but remember that scores a little) and put to boil on medium heat -high heat until potatoes are done, I'll take 3 hojitsa cogieran bay for another flavor, you can tb you take a cd of flour to the sauce thickens a bit, but I like it so why not burst.

Where are You put the potatoes and put the slices of monkfish on top to cover and boil for a couple of minutes, turn off heat and let the fish have finished making the warmth.

The dish comes out to 6.25 dots but you can take 140 gr. of fish that would score less and tb peeled shrimp if you like to add a special touch to the dish or clams, monkfish tb instead you can put the fish you want, that to individual taste.
