Well the meat and potatoes is one of my favorites since childhood, I love it! And when I went home with pain was a little awkward because I'm cooking, I tried on 2 occasions, in these 2 years I have lived without my parents and a fiasco!! The pressure cooker and I do not get along, I thought it next time in traditional pot but I was too lazy with it that I'm finally getting to use the chef that had died of laughter as I said (and no pq I try to make it there?) The bad thing of course I had little doubt that such beef is that satiety scores 3 points, I mess a lot, (skirt, needle??) Dunia I asked and she said she always did with Sirloin tb pig as scores 3 points for man wanted to try and the result has been surprising to me in tears of emotion from the good that is (now I have to eat another dish I made for 2 times mmm que rico) Pity can not wet bread, which are the points if I do not haha.

I know that the picture is not as well as paints, but is the result of tipping the chef at the plate, I'm a desired and had so many want to eat that the truth did not lose much time in making a picture of milk with good looks, alas that wanted to reach the 1-to-eat hahaha.

Ingredients:

- 1 cd of oil (2.5)
- 2 cd of dehydrated onions (the tray is sold for the super rich stews and so you do not need much oil, I'm watching the line) (0)

- About 700 grams of diced potatoes (puree in small tray came around 200 grams so I put 2 more potatoes Big Ones) (4 to satiety)
- Add salt and removed all well
